UBUIFICATION
ALFRED JARRY
Alfred Jarry's immortal work King Ubu comes to life again on stage under the name "UBUIFICATION". It presents the audience with a tale that shows how the Ubu's endless desire for a standardized world creates a universe of fear and how people become Ubu.
The play explores the Koleda (Bocuk Night) ritual, a Balkan tradition, and the ontology of fear and fear.
It becomes a tool for questioning.
Translated from the original French by Hazal Çevik, adapted and directed by Fatih Pazvantoğlu, the play will delight the audience with its offensive sense of humour.
It invites you into Jarry's absurd world.
